Resources is the project directory — the companies and contacts involved in the project. It powers almost everything that needs a name: RFI and submittal distribution, task assignment, bid invitations, and notice recipients.

Manage project resources

Open Resources

Go to Administration → Resources.

Add companies and contacts

Add the firms on the project and their key contacts, with roles and contact details.

Keep it current

Update contacts as people change — distribution lists and assignments depend on accurate records.

Troubleshooting

A contact isn’t selectable on an RFI

Confirm the contact (and their company) exists in project Resources and has a valid email.
