RFI Settings control how the RFIs tool behaves on this project — the numbering scheme, default distribution lists, notification rules, and any custom fields. Most tools in Syntecton have a settings page like this; RFIs is a representative example.
Configure RFIs

Open RFI Settings
Go to Administration → RFI Settings (or the settings icon within the RFIs tool).

Set numbering
Choose the numbering format and starting number.

Set default distribution
Define who is added to the distribution list by default on new RFIs.

Tune notifications and fields
Configure notification rules and add custom fields your team needs to capture.
Troubleshooting
People aren’t being notified
Review the notification rules here, and confirm recipients’ individual notification preferences.
