Toolbox Talks are short, focused safety briefings delivered to the crew — often daily or before a high-risk task. This tool lets you deliver a topic, capture attendee sign-off, and keep a record proving the talk happened.
Run a toolbox talk
1
Open Toolbox Talks
Go to Safety & Compliance → Toolbox Talks and start a new talk.
2
Choose a topic
Select or write the topic relevant to today’s work and hazards.
3
Deliver and capture attendance
Present the talk and record who attended, with sign-off.
Troubleshooting
Someone joined late
Add them to the attendee list before you close the record so attendance is accurate.
