Documents is the project’s controlled file store. Files live in folders, every upload keeps a version history, and documents can be routed for review or sent for electronic signature without leaving Syntecton.
Work with documents

Open Documents
Go to Project Record → Documents and browse the folder tree.

Upload and organize
Add files into folders. Upload a new version over an existing file to keep its history.

Route for review
Send a document to reviewers and track their responses and comments.

Send for signature
Place signature fields, add signers, and send. Signers receive a secure link; every signature event is recorded.
Troubleshooting
A signer didn’t receive the request
Check the signer’s email on the request and resend; review reminder settings if needed.
