The Safety Portal is the home for everything safety on a project. Instead of jumping between tools, your safety team works from one hub that brings together observations, incidents, toolbox talks, certifications, designated safety personnel, and OSHA recordkeeping.
What’s inside
- Safety Observations — log safe and unsafe conditions in the field and track corrective action.
- Incidents — record and investigate injuries, near-misses, and damage, with OSHA recordkeeping.
- Toolbox Talks — deliver and document pre-task safety briefings with attendance.
- Certifications — track worker qualifications and expiry dates.
- Safety Personnel — designate who holds safety responsibilities on the project.

Open the Safety Portal
From the project, go to Safety & Compliance → Safety Portal.

Assign safety personnel
Designate the project’s safety roles so observations, incidents, and actions route to the right people.

Work the safety queue
Review open observations and incidents, deliver toolbox talks, and keep certifications current — all from the hub.

I don’t see the Safety Portal
It may be disabled for the project, or your role may lack access — check Tool Control and project permissions.
