The Meetings tool structures recurring project meetings into sections and items, captures minutes against each item, and carries unresolved items forward so nothing falls through the cracks between meetings.
Run a meeting
1
Create the meeting
Go to Field Execution → Meetings and click New Meeting. Set the title, date, time, and location.
2
Build the agenda
Add sections (e.g. Safety, Schedule, RFIs, Procurement) and items under each. Reuse the structure from a prior meeting in a series to keep numbering consistent.
3
Invite attendees
Add attendees from the project directory. They’ll receive the agenda and, later, the minutes.
4
Record minutes
During the meeting, capture decisions and discussion against each item. Mark items open or closed.
5
Carry forward and distribute
Closed items stay in the record; open items roll into the next meeting in the series. Distribute the minutes when you’re done.
Troubleshooting
Items don’t carry forward
Carry-forward works within a meeting series. Create the next meeting from the existing series rather than as a standalone meeting.
