Centralize jobsite photos in organized folders, comment on them, link them to records, and export sets for reports or owners.

The Gallery is the project’s central photo library. Photos added from Daily Logs, Inspections, and Deficiencies show up here, and you can upload directly too — then organize into folders, discuss, and export.
Work with photos

Upload or browse
Go to Field Execution → Gallery. Drag photos in to upload, or browse existing ones by folder or date.

Organize into folders
Create folders by area, phase, or trade and move photos in. Folders make large photo sets manageable and faster to find later.

Comment and discuss
Add comments to a photo to flag an issue or give context. Followers of the gallery are notified.

Export a set
Select photos and Export to produce a shareable set for a report, owner update, or records request.
Troubleshooting
A photo is in the wrong place
Move it between folders at any time — its links to records are preserved.
