Roles are the building blocks of access. Company Roles is where you manage the standard roles and create custom ones that match how your organization actually works — each role carries a set of permissions applied wherever it’s assigned.

Open Roles
From the company hub, go to Roles.

Start from a standard role or from scratch, then set its permissions per tool.

Assign roles to members at the company level and per project.
Troubleshooting
A custom role grants too much
Edit the role’s tool permissions — changes apply to everyone holding it.
