Tool Control decides which Syntecton tools are available. Enable or disable tools for the company and set the defaults new projects start with — so teams see a focused, relevant navigation instead of every possible tool.

Open Tool Control

From the company hub, go to Tool Control.

Enable or disable tools

Toggle each tool. Some are on by default; advanced tools (e.g. Draw Management) are off until enabled.

Set new-project defaults

Choose which tools new projects start with so every job begins consistently.

Troubleshooting

A tool is missing on one project but not others

Tool availability can be set per project too — check the project’s tool settings, not just company defaults.
